The seventh season of the Indian Premier League is scheduled to start from April 16 in UAE. A grand dinner will be hosted by the Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, son of the Sheikh of Abu Dhabi to welcome the players and celebrities.
Apart from the dinner, the night will also witness the performance by some of the most demanding bollywood celebrities including Shah Rukh Khan, Madhuri Dixit and Deepika Padukone. The gala dinner will be held on 15 April at the Emirates Palace and will be attended by several VIP guests.
Shah Rukh Khan, who is also the co-owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) team, is set to host the event. He will also be there to watch the first IPL 2014 match between Mumbai Indians and KKR on April 16. He will also perform to some of his hit bollywood songs.
Along with SRK, Bollywood diva Madhuri Dixit will also present a little dance act. Deepika Padukone will also be there to grace the event with her beauty and outstanding performances on some of her hit Bollywood numbers including “Lungi Dance” from the movie “Chennai Express.”
IPL 7 is set to start from April 16 and the first 20 matches of the first leg will be played in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Dubai. IPL 2014 tickets are available through online booking.
